HH888 Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on or using the HH888 platform — whether through the website at hh888.ml or the HH888 mobile app on Android or iOS — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms form the complete agreement between you and HH888 governing your use of the platform. They apply to all activities you carry out on HH888, including account registration, PKR deposits and withdrawals, cricket and sports betting, slots and casino gameplay, VIP participation and any bonuses or promotions you claim.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the HH888 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

The HH888 platform is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online betting and gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your location.

HH888 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. If a player is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided and any funds deposited will be returned to the original PKR payment method used, less any amounts that were used in gameplay.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use HH888.
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration and keep it up to date.

Each player is permitted to hold one HH888 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method or device — are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide your real name, a valid email address and a mobile number in use in Pakistan. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — your email address or username and your password — confidential at all times. Do not share your login details with anyone.

Account Verification

HH888 may require you to complete an identity verification process at any point — typically before processing a withdrawal above a certain PKR threshold, when you claim a large bonus or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Verification typically requires a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC) and may include proof of your PKR payment method. Accounts with pending verification will have withdrawal requests held until the process is complete.

Inactive Accounts

An account that shows no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. HH888 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified before any fee is applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in or contact support.

HH888 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. All these methods are integrated natively within the HH888 app and website — no external redirects are required to complete a deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. HH888 does not charge any conversion fees on PKR deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside HH888's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same PKR payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification status and your current VIP tier processing speeds. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Debit / Credit Card: Processing times vary by issuing bank, generally 2–5 business days.

HH888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — funds must return to a payment method registered in your name.

HH888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slots, cashback offers and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement stated in the individual promotion terms, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from your account balance automatically.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device.
• HH888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.

HH888 offers sports betting markets on cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Test matches and ICC tournaments), football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet Placement

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available for that market. In-play bets are accepted subject to live data feed availability — HH888 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your account balance in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned before completion, obvious pricing errors, market suspension triggered by a technical fault, or where the bet was placed after the event had already concluded due to a data feed delay.

Cricket-Specific Rules

• For T20 matches, a minimum of 10 overs must be completed per side for match winner bets to stand, unless one team is all out before completing 10 overs.
• For PSL matches, DLS-adjusted results are recognised for settlement purposes.
• Player-specific markets (top batsman, most wickets) are settled on official match scorecards. Substitutes or concussion replacements are treated per the individual market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

Fraudulent Betting

Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, engage in arbitrage abuse, use automated betting software, or coordinate bets across multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all related bets and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

HH888's slots library and live casino are provided in partnership with established third-party game providers. All games operate using certified random number generators (RNG) and are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) percentages published on each game's information page.

HH888 is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by your internet connection, device performance or power outages on your end. In the event of a disconnection during a slot spin or live casino hand, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side result recorded at the time of disconnection, and the result will be applied to your account when you reconnect.

• Jackpot amounts displayed on progressive slots are approximate and updated in near real time. The final jackpot amount paid is determined at the point the jackpot is triggered.
• Free spins awarded as bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.
• Live casino games are subject to the table rules displayed within each live room. Dealer decisions during live games are final once the round is closed.

The HH888 VIP programme operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. VIP points are earned through real-money betting and gameplay across sports betting, slots and live casino. Points are not awarded on bonus funds until wagering requirements are met.

• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Tier upgrades take effect when the qualifying points threshold is reached. Tier downgrades are assessed periodically based on recent activity.

• VIP points and tier status are personal to the registered account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.
• HH888 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP programme with reasonable notice to affected players.

HH888 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. Every registered account has access to responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the account settings menu in the app and on the website. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum PKR deposit amount.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss amount over a defined period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the HH888 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potentially being reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, spin slots or interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using HH888 to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or coordinating bets across multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonus offers — including systematically claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, or using bonus funds in a pattern designed to guarantee low-risk withdrawal regardless of game outcome.
• Harassing, threatening or using abusive language toward HH888 support staff or other players.

HH888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage use or any other conduct that HH888 considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, full access to the account and funds will be restored. Where a breach is confirmed, HH888 may forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from the prohibited activity, and return only the net deposited PKR balance after deducting relevant amounts.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours, and any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

HH888 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, errors or technical issues at all times.

HH888 is not liable for losses resulting from: internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failure, disruptions caused by third-party game providers, force majeure events, or any losses exceeding the PKR balance held in your account at the time of the relevant event.

HH888 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any other economic loss arising from your use of the platform beyond what is directly attributable to a verified HH888 platform fault.

HH888 collects and processes personal data provided during registration and account use — including your name, CNIC details, mobile number, email address and PKR payment method information — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing and fraud prevention.

Your personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with identity verification service providers and payment processors strictly as required to operate the platform. All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.

HH888 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, payment methods, game offerings or operational requirements. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or through an in-app notification.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the HH888 platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of your PKR balance.
